The SA CYCLONE Dust Extraction System is a unique, fully EX compliant, modular and portable dust extraction solution for use when carrying out blasting, cutting and other dust producing operations on site. The main Air Mover is EX type certified to ATEX, IECEX, UKEX and INMETRO standards for Zones 1 and 2 and all the other elements of the system are fully EX compliant including having Ignition Risk Assessments. All materials are antistatic with the facility to static bond and ground the entire system which removes the risk of any static build up. The result is a highly mobile, highly effective and completely safe system of dust removal.
The system has the capability to extract up to 2500 cubic metres of contaminated air per hour. The extracted dust is put through a 2 stage particulate filtration process which filters out particles down to 1 micron and below.
The filtration unit incorporates a flow indicator which shows when the particulate filters are needing to be changed.
The system is available in 110V or 230V options and contains everything you need to set up a system including a set of filters. Additional filter bundles and individual filters are available from stock
