The SA ENDURE Vapour Extraction System is a unique, modular and portable extraction solution for use when carrying out painting and coating operations on site. It comprises extraction hood, highly durable air mover, 3 stage high volume filtration unit and flexible ducting connecting the different elements. The result is a highly mobile, highly effective and completely safe system of vapour removal.

The system has the capability to extract up to 2500 cubic metres of contaminated air/vapours per hour. The extracted fumes are put through a 3 stage filtration process – 2 stages of particulate filtration which filters out particles down to 1 micron and below, followed by activated carbon filtration which removes the vapours.

The filtration unit incorporates a flow indicator which shows when the particulate filters are needing to be changed.

The system is available in 110V or 230V options and is supplied with everything you need to set up a system, including a set of filters. Additional filter bundles and individual filters are available from stock.

 

The SA CYCLONE Dust Extraction System is a unique High Capacity, 2 or 3 Stage fully EX compliant, modular and portable dust extraction solution for use when carrying out blasting, cutting and other dust producing operations on site.
